The festive period of Christmas is linked with memories, warmth, and, naturally, the characteristic flavors that take us back to our childhood years. Like every year, this year at Crepaland, we decided to approach the festive spirit with a different, creative perspective.
Faithful to our philosophy of offering flavor experiences that stand out, we paired the art of our crepe batter with the aromas of Greek tradition. We transformed the traditional sweets loved by everyone into five distinct serving suggestions and it is with great joy that we invite you to discover our festive menu, where melomakarono and kourabiedes star in combinations that will be the talk of the town.
Our Festive Menu: A Journey into the Flavors of Christmas
1. The “Melomakarono Praline” Crepe
The innovation of this year. We managed to capture the entire essence of Christmas in a praline. If the taste of melomakarono is synonymous with celebration for you, this version will provide your ultimate gastronomic satisfaction.
2. The “Rudolph” Crepe
A proposal with character, dedicated to lovers of more refined tastes. Here, bitter chocolate creates the ideal contrast with the sweetness of the melomakarono. Sweet cherry adds a fruity acidity and the necessary “red” color of the season, while slivered almonds provide the necessary crunchy texture.
3. The “Goblin” Crepe
For those of you seeking a balance between sweet and fruity. White chocolate and biscuit create a velvety base, which is elevated by the freshness of strawberries. The addition of crumbled melomakarono comes to “bind” the sweet result with a note of spices, creating a playful flavor experience.
4. The “Snow White” Crepe
“White Christmas” imprinted on your plate.
